Hello, I'm new to this fine forum and I'd like to expand on my music making ability, I'd like to have an honest opinion on what I may need work on in the future in order to improve in the end. Thank you.



I've been meaning to make this mix for months and I've finally been able to do it for one of my closest friends. I tried a more electronic take on the song with most parts edited to make it more original than just a re-composition of the song itself. Enjoy. ;)

As for this song, it is put together quite well! I am not familiar with the original (I'm assuming it's a cover/remake based on the image) so I can only judge it based on how it sounds, without any familiarity with the patterns. One of the tones starts to sound like static once most of the tones are going, but other than that it's a good song.

It has more of a metal feeling than most of my songs. I'm not very familiar with this style so I decided to give it a try.
