MP3 Players

Here you can discuss another one of those wonderful devices you can plug headphones into, the computer! Other electronic devices without audio ports are fine, too.

Creative Zen Moziac 2GB. Got it for Xmas 2008. It sucks. I'm hoping to get an iPod Touch, or I'll wait and see if the HTC Smartphone I'm getting from Sprint will have some sort of media playback thing, since it is a Windows Smartphone.

At least you have the non-shitty model from their series.

MP3 Players

I had a 4G Zen in 2007 I think... Sometime around then. It had a great interface, and I really liked it, but the storage wasn't big enough for me, and it wasn't very durable. I ended up getting my money back after the screen started messing up.

I don't have an MP3 player, but my brother has a Zune. I don't know the model, though.

i've always got my trusty 30 gig video ipod by my side. i have to say, it's really fun to just play with the firmware, now that i'm more willing to risk bricking it. it did stop turning on at all once when i really just messed up..but that was fixed in due time.

because of the custom firmware and huge capacity, i'm really wanting to get a 120 gig classic ipod soon. the touch is just too expensive for me, too.

I hate how people are constantly telling me to get an iPod touch. I've used the same iPod for years and I've never had a problem with it, all I want to do is listen to my music and watch video on it every once in a while. Why would I switch out an 80gig iPod Classic for an 8gig iPod touch? I don't care if I don't have an app that'll tell me when I'll next go to the restroom. THERE'S AN APP FOR EVERYTHING!

yeah. if i really wanted the apps and stuff, i'd get an iphone. but then i'd have to deal with the outrageous phone bills, which i'd rather not. 100 bucks a month plus? not fun.

I'm probably going to need to get a newer MP3 player sometime in the next few months, because my iPod that I've had for at least two years (that was a refurbished model when I got it) is starting to have syncing complications. I can fix that temporarily by restoring, but it takes four or more hours to sync the music back on after that.

So, anyone have any recommendations? Low budget.

I have a classic model 80 GB iPod that's taken so much damage and punishment, but still works. It's teetering just on the edge of being bricked however, so I'll probably need to get another one soon. (Probably a newer iPod.)

I could use more space actually. I need about 16 more gb.

Finally! I thought I was the only person who uses a Walkman. Mine is 16 GB and I use it a LOT more than I thought I would before I bought it.

I've been thinking about getting an iPod, but my old Zune is still working. It's just the iPod's interface that I like better really, pretty much the only reason I've considered it.

But not one of those new aged iPods, ick no.
